How long does it take for my Big Green Egg to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to the weight and fragile nature of ceramic components, we use specialized freight partners to ensure your EGG arrives safely at your doorstep.
Can I use regular charcoal in my Big Green Egg?
We strongly recommend using only 100% Natural Lump Charcoal. Chemical-laden briquettes can impart an artificial taste to your food and cause significant ash buildup that restricts airflow.
What is the warranty coverage for the ceramic parts?
Every Big Green Egg comes with a limited lifetime warranty for the residential use of the primary ceramic components (the dome, base, fire box, and fire ring) against defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for accessories and EGGcessories?
Unused and unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Is assembly required upon delivery?
Yes, some assembly is required for the EGG and its Nest (stand). We provide comprehensive video tutorials and digital manuals to guide you through the process, which typically takes 30-45 minutes.
